Because James Chatmons arguments to the contrary are controlled by In re Hopkins, 137 Wn.2d 897, 976 P.2d 616 (1999), and our decision in In re Bowman, No. 46585-6-I (Wash. Ct. App. December 24, 2001), we affirm his sentence for solicitation to deliver cocaine.
